Kiser Family SupportWe need some major supporters to take on the financial needs of the Kiser family. Because our ministry costs are so great ( $4,475 a month for rent ) the Kiser family is struggling because nearly all their current support goes toward rent and there is little to nothing left to meet their families needs. They are praying that God will move on some donors who can underwrite a monthly salary for their family that is separate from the ministry needs. This will take a great burden off their family when they know they have money coming in that can be budgeted for monthly needs. Any persons who are serious about helping them with this need can contact Tom Kiser and he will be happy to provide an itemized budget of all ministry and family expenses. They can then look at these and pray if God wants them to designate a specific amount each month toward items on this budget. Funds to Purchase a Good used CarThe Kiser's have a 15 passenger Van they use for the ministry and family travel but we need another car for those times when Tom must travel in deputation as well as for local NYC travel that doesn't need the capacity of the 15 passenger Ford Van. This will save us a lot of money on gas. Currently our second car is at the end of it's life cycle. (1994 Mercury Grand Marquis with 211,000 miles. The transmission is going bad, the air conditioner doesn't work, the blower is stuck on high heat and it uses oil and smokes) We would like to replace it with a comparable car with a similar large trunk that can provide us with years of dependable service. Great Commission Software Development FundingWe are currently developing Follow-up Software and the development costs are $225 a month. This software will tie people together in the Go Forth Alliance both in our New York ministry and other ministries around the world. It is accessed over the internet and has automatic email capabilities to designated ministry workers. It also enables us and others to monitor all priorities and tasks to insure proper follow up happens and people do not fall thru the cracks. When it is completed cost will be aprox $6 to $8 per user per month and will generate finances. There is great interest amongst those who have seen our beta version and they are eagerly awaiting it's completion. Future Needs1. We must add some more full-time people to our staff in 2008. Because our ministry is expanding the load is now too great on the Kiser family. It is not impossible for them to keep with the current growth of the Go Forth Alliance. We must have more workers or we will have to scale back. We are praying God will help us build the team that can help us meet the Strategic Goals God has given us. The harvest truly is plenteous but the laborers... Pray God will send them! 2. The land lord wants to sell it the Mission House and we need to purchase it! We are now paying $3,000 a month rent for it's use and it is not good stewardship to pay so much in rent. Should the Mission House sell we will have to relocate and we will loose the investments we have made in renovating this property for our ministry use. Strategic Goals for The Go Forth Alliance1. A Discipleship Network thru out New York City with a team of full- time workers building people we are reaching up in Christ and preparing them for future ministry here and around the world. 2. A Network of Prayer Station Outreach across the world tied together with our Great Commission Software. 3. A Facility for training Christians in effective Evangelism and Discipleship Let every Christian do all he can to obey Christ's command to "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature and make disciples, teaching them whatever Jesus has commanded them!"
